Futuristic Homes has developed an engineered construction system that cuts the cost of conventional home construction by more than 50%. All engineering, architectual and testing have been completed.  It eliminates the need for roof trusses, plywood, tarpaper, shingles, nails, interior  ceilings and  insulation. It also eliminates the need for all the labor that goes into a conventional roof system. The roof system can be completed with non-professional labor. Our system can be used around the world to construct fast, strong and affordable housing. Our system has been tested to withstand winds in excess of 155 mile per hour. We have been unsuccessful in obtaining government financing. We are seeking $1,000,000 U.S. dollars to start up the construction plant and equipment to produce the product and begin our first housing development in the United States.
