DGC Asset Management offers investors the unique opportunity to profit through investing in agriculture through the purchase and on-going management of commercial farmland in the UK, South America and Australia.

By actively sourcing assets from the distressed sector, and working with successful agriucltural enterpirses wishing to raise capital for expansion, DGC are able to offer a suite of agriculture investments to high net worth individuals with at least £20,000 in liquid capital.

The DGC agriculture investments structure allows farmers access to capital and investors access to prime agrioucltural assets. Investors capital is ecured against land with a maximum LTV of 60%, with farmers making regular annual payments from the production, harvest and sale of crops.

Payments to land-owning investors are fixed at 10% per annum, and freehold title to all assets is held in an independent UK trust providing security of investment throughout. The Trustee also administers all payments between investors and farmers, effectively policing the farmer and acting on behalf of investors to sell the land in the case of a default on annual payments.

Farmers commit to repurchase their land from investors after either 5 or 10 years, creating a pre-defined exit strategy.

Since 2007, over $31 million has been invested in this strategy, with every annual payment made to investors on time via the Trustee.

Individual agricultural investment plots are available from £10,000 up to around £1,000,000

Payments to investors are fixed at between 10% and 14% per annum, removing agriculotural volatility from performance.

Investors acquire prime assets at a substantial discount to market value.

A UK trustee adminsters all transactions and annual payments and acts on belahl;f of investors in the case of a defult by the farmer.

The Farner contnues to work and develop the land, utilising investor capital to bring further land under cultivation effectively magnifying returns and allowing Farmers to shoulder volatility and fix annual payments.
