Aircraft Manufacturing Company Looking For Partnership

Opportunity Summary

This opportunity is for a complete facility all molds and tooling to produce the aircraft have already been completed and more than 40 aircraft delivered, this is not a dream but a reality , our aircraft types have been accepted under the recreational and sport aircraft annex as a kit built aircraft with the 51% ruling ,

We also manufacture composite propellors that could be used as a basis for wind turbine generators , as well as an extensive knowledge base in composite construction and fabrication

Cobra Aviation would look to find an investor or outright sale of the company , we prefer to see the company expand and with all R&D completed the task at hand is to simply market and manufacture the aircraft, all molds and tooling have been fully completed and the aircraft design has been tested and a number have been manufactured and delivered all ready and we are now seeing some of our customer built aircraft in the air .

Our sole ideal was to firstly remove all problems on home soil with any changes being made to tooling etc and utilise the local market for this reason, we have now provided kits overseas and the results have been very good with our aircraft now flying in Australia and NewZealand.

It would be ideally suited to manufacture the aircraft where the labour cost is lower than in the western world and therefore the production cost would be halved increasing profit by at least another 50% min
