1. Complete mold 2D project including assembly all mold components – 3D mold surfaces and execution of tool paths NC
2. Make finished FEA-FEM analysis
3. make 3D solid mold components – definition of casting parameter - casting process/ Procast simulation
(that includes filling – solidification – analysis of simulation using Procast on PC – technical comments and simulation film)
4. parameter definition – representative image of equipment test – presentation and analysis simulation – valuation critical areas
of potential crack – technical relation of tensional component of stress consequent to deformation caused by hitting block
