Architect and Partner To Build Own Hotel

Opportunity Summary

Greetings. I am an Architect from the Philippines, specialized in Hotel Design and Construction, I am in my early 30's of age. You may see one of my sample works. Me and my girlfriend was able to acquire this property in one of the prime tourist destination in the Philippines and planning to put up a Boutique Hotel. The property is along Tagaytay mountain ridge, overlooking Taal lake. Since my orientation is with hotel design, and my company is constructing it as well, we can get this project done cheaper. Thus we're looking for one posible partner/ investor for this. Currently there are only two partners, Me and my girlfriend, we're looking for one more investor.
