Opportunity Summary

There is a huge and growing demand for our work which has arisen largely from the recent Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme 2007 legislation and we are currently seeking to recruit high quality franchisees across the UK in order to fulfil demand.

The work involves conducting video inventories on behalf of letting agents and landlords in order to compile the best possible evidence that may be used in the event of a dispute over the condition of a rented property and the return of a deposit / claim for damages.

Full training to become an accredited inventory agent is provided for all suitable applicants.

The work is interesting and highly rewarding. The level of commitment is entirely flexible and earnings per hour, due to the centralised inventory production system we have created are extremely high - often over £150 p.h. meaning that £100,000 p.a. + is realistically attainable for full time agents or those who wish to employ sub agents under their franchise.
