Trainers will be accepted on MAA courses provided they have some experience in martial arts.
Applicants must have or pending CRB check and first aid certificate.
 
 
Martial Arts Active (Stand up) instructor training
 
This module based training covers all your needs to carry out a successful program of martial arts for families.

·         Motivation techniques
·         Gradings  and belt testing
 
 
Course structure
 
There are several levels to Martial Arts Active teacher training programmes.
 
·         Martial Arts Active (Stand up) instructor
One 5 day workshop
 
·         Stand up plus grapple and take down instructor
Two 5 day workshops
 
·         Stand up, grapple and take down plus stick and knife instructor
Three 5 day workshops
 
If you do more than one workshop, these will be spread over several months to minimise obstructions to your organisation and allow sufficient time between courses to complete the open learning.
