We have been in the business for over 13 years and we're sad to let it go but the reason for this sudden sale is because I have to move to Korea to take care of my mother and no one will be here to watch after the store while I am gone. I only ask for the inventory/stock value, nothing else.

The security system alarm/cameras/gate has already been installed by the owner. It is also safely located across the Poway police station. Also, a HUGE storage place for all the merchandise in the back.
