What I have is world renowned brand in business brokerage and existing revenue in line with any similar industry; lumps sums here and there.
What I am looking to do is leverage on our brand and expertise by developing proactively our business valuation service. Research has indicated an appetite for this service which in fact has a knock on effect of business sales as conisdering a valuation is the very early stage in the sales cycle.
More to the point this new stand alone service will offer great revenue opportunities and margin.
What I need is a like minded, funded investor/partner to support me in the recruitment of 5 members of staff to proactively drive sales and turn valuation using Software.
