-Your company MUST be registered with the NNPC, Department of Petroleum Resources.
-The cargo will be Re-Assigned through the Certificate issued to you by the Department of Petroleum Resources.

Furthermore, the Cargo is on special allocation to the NNPC TERMINAL OPERATOR through Government senior officials.

TERM

-The Buyer would pay the freight “AFTER” the Cargo is discharge to the buyer’s nominated port of discharge.

-The Buyer pay for the expenses/charges on the change of the shipping documents.
-The Buyer would be allowed to open communication with the Captain of the Vessel After the change on the shipping documents.

-The PRICE is USD$3.5 BELOW BRENT
