Cement Factory Seeks Private Investors For Reconstruction

Somaliland is former British territory, with democratically elected president and has been politically steady for 17 years. Country ownes the army guarding borders and at the present initiates police trainings, recruites new police guards and establishes new police stations in cities. There is a population of 3.5 milions, land is self suficient in food and capital city is Hargeisa (Respond to this opportunity people). The Somaliland Republic is widely opened for any investors. Government will appreciate investing to energy, infrastructure and industry.
 
We are offering investments´ options in the cooperation with the Somaliland Republic and the Czech-Somali Chamber of Commerce, which will guarantee you easy way to the country´s economy. In the Somaliland is national bank, whereas other bank institutions are invited. I should mention that the country has no financial office yet. The temperatures are very high in summer, therefore might be very profitable to build fotovoltaic power plants. On hills is very windy for power plants. Average wind meassure is 8m/s. We have got geological maps and weather records from the whole country during 17 years of research.
 
We are willing to offer various investments´ options in the African country near Adulf bay, the Somaliland republic.
Very interesting and profitable project is reconstruction of the old cement factory near naval city Berbera. We have well prepared business plan and economical table, know-how, contacts, certifications, licenses, experienced teams and official support from the government.
 
Cement factory is 16km from the naval city Berbera, what is suitable for export goods. The advantage is short distance because of quick shiploading and low costs for railway construction. Very high amount of limestone deposits (calculating for 200 years of future mining) are only 500 meters from the cement factory. We will cargo limestone by automatic loading machines and trucks. We will use a lot of drilling machines and other components from the old cement factory, then the expences for reconstruction will be much lower. We can officialy guarantee exporting cement to the countries like Ethiopia, UAE, Dzibouty and mainly to the country itself. Reconstruction will proceedRespond to this opportunity months. We are opened to any possibilities of funding this project.

- subsurface mining of high quality pit coal with content of sulfur less than 1%
- oil rafineries (we have plans for tens perforations of oil and gas wells)

- 300km of free nature coast opened to the beach, hotels, tourism and relaxing centers
- reconstruction of the airport and opening new ways for tourism
- implementation of the line transport, buses, trains, ships, airlines
- other large deposit of limestone for establishing new cement factory
