Prior experience in some kind of production capacity is going to be helpful.

The other aspects of the business are relatively easy and well documented; sales are easy to increase with proven methods.

Producing a quality product and shipping it on time is the ongoing challenge, especially with a broad product line, infinite finish options, and custom work.
