Opportunity Summary

Music Heaven is a truly exciting and unique 10,000 sqm multi entertainment venue offering a restaurant music hall, amphitheater, café, music, fashion and other retail shops, rehearsal rooms, recording studios, music schools, offices, and a commercial centre serving a range of business needs in a high growth market.

Music Heaven is a first-for-Australia, designed as a replicable business format and offers a whole world of social culture and business geared to an existing lucrative and growing cross-section of markets who are oriented to music. 

Music Heaven has a robust property component and will produce multiple revenue streams. There has been strong interest registered from the most significant players in the music and retail industry for leasing space and we anticipate this will be converted to signed contracts pre-building. We also anticipate strong sponsorship interest.

Project costs are anticipated to be $25-30 million. Completion is targeted for late 2009.

The initial concept designs are now completed and several sites are currently being investigated on Brisbane’s north side for the first Music Heaven in Australia. Expressions of interest are now being accepted from prospective co-investors, property agents, businesses, sponsors and Construction companies.

We are seeking partner investor/s for $1 million AU to assist with the first stage of site applications, DA and BA. The offer is strictly limited and there will only be one further round of fund raising upon the DA.
