The Goldseal Group has been operating since 1970 , controlling corrosion in Industry and shipping.We have an enviable reputation for product and contracting excellence in severe environments where maintenance paints and heavy duty coatings do not deliver long service lives.Goldseal Industrial Rustproof is applied hot to rusty steel and previously painted surfaces and galvanizing without sandblasting.This allows us to provide a unique solution in hard to get at areas that is cost effective and longer lasting than other coatings.

Our Licensees are stand alone trading entities who operate as part of the Goldseal Group of Companies.We currently operate in New Zealand , Australia , Pacific Islands and are working with the New Zealand Government to introduce Goldseal to Chile.

The opportunity is for

1. A business orientated person to become a Country Head licensor developing business and importing product by contract from NZ

2. An existing Industrial Coating company to become a country champion with enough resources to represent Goldseal and conduct contracts nationally

While this Technical License is well proven it bares no purchase price ( with a time line of 25 years) , interested parties are expected to bring something to the table of value , such as technical expertise or contact networks that can give the business local credibility.

There will be technical and commercial support from NZ on a cost share basis , with the Goldseal website directing interested parties to the new license territory.

This is a defendable specialist business , with little competition and excellent primary profit due to lack of preparation complexity and application time.Setup and equipment costs are moderate.

We are looking for a dedicated relationship between manufacturer and applicator where there can predictable quality outcomes for the customer and no gap between manufacturer and applicator.

This is an excellent opportunity for both developed nations and emerging nations with assets that have suffered maintenance neglect i.e rusty structures , wharfs , barge interiors , bridges , cool stores , galvanizing plants , tanneries, papermills , salt works , fertilizer stores and spalling concrete.In some cases Goldseal is the only rescue option that avoids the complete loss of these structures ,at an affordable cost.
