The Position:   Direct Sales Professionals.  Immediate start.
Job Type: Full-time (ideally) or Part-time, Permanent. Home based mainly, office attendance for training and meetings.
Job Location: We are ideally looking for people based in West London and North West London, as the office is based in Wembley, and that is where the interviews and training occur. However, positions are available throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.
Commission based: expected earnings £20,000-£85,000+ per year
The company:
The company was established in excess of 60 years ago, and sells direct to the public only, by word of mouth, and from introductions made from lead generation.
The product is available worldwide, and introduced to the UK 5 years ago, where it is now the fastest growing area of the company, due in part to the dynamic training and support and also due to the current economic climate and health profile of the UK.

The product is unique, so no competition, but you need to be good to deliver the product information by way of a presentation in people’s homes, so this is mainly evening and weekend work. However, depending on your circumstances, enterprise, initiative and powers of persuasion, you control your diary and choose the hours you work.
The product helps improve and maintain health. The angle that the selling is directed to and achieved from is health. If you are interested in the various aspects of health - your health, everybody’s health, and the health of your wallet too, you may decide to at least have a look at this. It is not for everybody, by any means, but if you like the product, you will find it a relatively easy sell. In fact, the emphasis is not on selling, but on informing the public what we have available via in-home presentations. Great for people who love meeting people, and making sales, but do not want to have to lie or adopt pressure selling techniques to make the sale. If you give a good presentation, the majority of people will want to buy the product. It’s that good.

The Candidates:

The successful candidates will be professional, confident, customer focused, smart, self motivated, enthusiastic, persistent, tenacious, consistent, and willing to give this a focused effort for the first few months, as the initial training is for a week, but with each successive presentation comes the polish and ease of the professional familiar with their product.
Sales can be, and are being made, within the training week, but with consistency of effort and successive polish you, the new associate, can rise up the ranks to consultant and senior consultant, and be earning a handsome income from work that has been directed by you, working the hours you choose.
You can work your warm market first. If you don’t have one, or don’t want to use it, there will be an element of lead generation necessary to start you on this new track. Your speed of success will depend on your various qualities you bring to this initial stage. If you are a natural, and work smart, only a small amount of lead generation will be necessary as the leads will seed the referrals for the next rounds. Otherwise, this is when the persistency, tenacity and consistency kick in as it might take you a little longer to get your leads rolling on.
Strong team players are sought as we are looking for Direct Sales Professionals who will build their own teams to earn the biggest rewards. Having said that, if you are more of a loner, but have an impressive track record in direct sales and are looking for new horizons, this may be for you.
The ideal candidate profile is male or female, car owner, ageRespond to this opportunity (only a rough guide), health conscious, with a successful track record from any Direct Sales background, and most importantly, has the qualities listed above.
 
Job Description:

The position itself will be your own home based business and you will need to lead generate, and give home presentations to direct sell the product. (Training and support always available.)
You will be expected to:
 • Contact a wide range of potential clients through lead generation
• Convert such leads to accepting a home-based presentation
• Deliver an agreed minimum number of presentations per week
• Deliver presentations and convert them to sales at an agreed conversion rate
• Attend the office for training and meetings as and when necessary

Commission based, no limits
