Opportunity Summary

Alberta Ltd. is a registered corporation in the Province of Alberta, Canada and is currently operating out of its satellite office in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Alberta Ltd. (the “Company”) has developed an innovative technology called the disposable chip. The disposable chip is a very inexpensive and customizable electronic device with virtually unlimited application potential. The Company plans to enter the marketplace with an elapsed time monitoring and notification model of the disposable chip and at the same time, identify and develop new applications for the technology. What differentiates the disposable chip from other electronic products on the market is that the functionality is implemented at the manufacturing stage with the life span pre-determined to match the requirements of the intended application. Once that life span ends, the disposable chip simply stops working, is discarded and replaced as required. We are seeking an individual or company with the necessary resources to partner with us to commercialize and market the technology. Have major health product manufacturers waiting to use the technology (once commercialized) on their respective product lines.
