We have quite famos kitchen. We have special seminary-miting room with all aquipment, dining room with big kitchen and  stone terase of 150 m2 with wiew on a lake. In our centre is also one flat with 2 rooms and kitchen.  All costs per months per all centre incl, flat  is up to 250 EUR ALL energy/months REALLY (watter, heating - we use new technology of heating, canalisation, electrisity). We have one full time emploee (cheef and houskeeper = one hardworker and responsible person), her sallary is 700 EUR.  Profit is of the centre is ofcourse much higher (aprox.Respond to this opportunity EUR p.m. when you do only 8 actions).  The building has security and fire alarm conected to any mobile number you setup.
