We are an English / Romanian owned Development and Investment Company, with extensive experience in southern Europe, are seeking funding for this Unique tourist development and investment opportunity.
After two years of market research and planning, we are now in a position to obtain building permits to commence construction of a project consisting of 60 units with sea views, swimming pools, gymnasium, reception, 200m from the beach, located in the fastest expanding tourist area on the Romanian Black Sea coast.
With gross sales valued at over €5 million and gross profits in excess of €1 million over 22 months, and an ROI of up to 250%, this represents a solid sound investment opportunity. We can achieve this because the funds will allow us to instigate the marketing campaign and commence construction.
Add to this the fact that the development is located in The Most Famous Romanian tourist resort, which has just been voted 3rd best beach break location on the Black sea coast by the Guardian newspaper and the fact that this area is undergoing a major transformation using EU funding; with new infrastructure, beaches and road access, located in a market of 22 million people with an aspiring middle class with the ability to finance their dreams, its close proximity to the capital.
Coupled with the fact that our product is unique, because it will be the first Western Standard Development of its kind in the area and will also set new standards of product and service on the Romanian Black Sea coast at an affordable price for the Romanian middle class market. Now that work has commenced on the infrastructure in the area using EU funding, we have the opportunity to be ahead of the market before other major developers move in to the area.

Investment Options and Returns
Option 1: A complete buyout of the project with RDI's continued project management of the build out and sales. This would represent in initial investment of €750,000 to purchase the full land rights, (15% of the sales value of €5 million), with an expected Gross ROI of minimum €1,135,000* or 150% in 2 years (+/-).
Options 2: Purchase the project rights keeping the existing agreement to give the original land owners 10% of the completed construction for €400,000. Gross ROI of minimum €1,010,000* or 250% in 2 years (+/-).
Option 3: We may also be interested in a straight investment /return offer or Joint Venture depending on the conditions offered, however this will need to be reviewed along with securing financing for the construction.
