Fortune Network Mortgages live or dies by attracting mortgage and loan enquiries. This is where you the agent come in; by using the FORTUNE software system you are able to generate clients from our extensive client base who are interested in Fortune Network Mortgages sourcing the relevant product for them.  To become an agent you require the following:

A PC with access to the internet (broadband).
Good telephone manor.
Excellent attitude and work ethic.   
Basic keyboard skills.                                                           
This FORTUNE software is an all encompassing front end lead management system with a low cost telephone power dialler incorporated which will eventually provide instant sourcing from initial information taken by you the agent, then at a touch of a button will carry out all underwriting checks such as Credit check, property comparisons and land registry search there and then.

The system understands all the relevant searches and overlays the clients initial information with the information gathered against Fortune Network Mortgages Lender panel's criteria (rates and loan to values) as well as all the different variances of the packaging criteria to give an accurate placement, no if's and no but's, the system will then deliver an accurate quotation and if needed deliver all relevant documentation for the sale to be closed.

We are looking to add to our existing agents who operate the FORTUNE system and generate enquires which Fortune Network Mortgages Senior Mortgage Advisors source and sell to the client.  It’s as simple as that.  All you have to do is hit the ring button, talk to the client with pre planned scripts, take down the relevant information using the FORTUNE software and hit the submit button, we deal with the client from that point.
