Identify strategic priorities for the business;
Assess their workforce skill and training needs;
Identify the appropriate Vocational Educational Training services for employees;
Provide a clear and tailored Training Plan for employees and
Assist the business to place employees into Government subsidised accredited training
Outcomes for registered Victorian Businesses:
An on-site Business Strategic Diagnostic Assessment
A Workforce Skills Needs Audit of individuals businesses
A Skills/Training Needs Analysis for individuals within the business
A Workforce Training Plan and Action Plan for each business and each employee
Placement into training leading to a accredited course qualification and
Completion of the Skills for Growth Report incorporating follow-up review of each business and training plan
