Retail Space Design-Sales Executives Required

We are looking for freelance sales agents to cover geographical territories throughout the UK, mainly counties but in some cases whole regions.
 
We offer a complete design and re-fit program for retailers nationwide. From Pharmacy’s, Restaurants, garden centers. Retail Space Design’s model works from 2 angles the first being we are the exclusive distributor in the UK and Ireland for some of the largest shop fitting/furniture manufacturers in the world, this enables us to be incredibly competitive. The second is we are design led, so we take all the elements and we produce both functional and beautiful spaces.
 
THE ROLE
 
The Sales Agents position with Retail Space Design is based on visiting retailers in your territory to make them aware of our services and explain to them the following points:
 
1) The high street is just starting a retail revolution as the independents are facing huge competition from the internet as well as the chains.
 
2) It’s for the above reason independent retailers need re-design their space and make it more appealing to the consumer. This re-designing of the space not just the re-fit will allow them to introduce new products range as the store will give more flexibility to merchandise correctly.
 
3) A re-design will increase footfall into the space, “we all like to visit beautiful places”; this is something the internet and the chains can not offer.
 
4) Reinforce how the independent retailer should make more of the “local personal touch” again these are not available from the internet and chains.
 
5) Increased footfall will allow the retailers to be more competitive, as well as both increase turnover and ensure their business survives moving forward.
 
6) They can finance all projects with Retail Space Design and pay for them over 1-5 years.
 
 
THE PROCESS
 
Once a lead is confirmed by the Sales Agent, one of our nationwide team of designers will visit the store, to survey the space and then will create new floor plans and visuals for the store. Once these are completed the Sales Agents will join with the designer to present the plans and confirm the project. No experience is needed in design or fitting, its about selling the concept of design and re-fit.
 
 
 
PROMOTIONAL LITRATURE
 
You will carry a large presenter that demonstrates what we offer as well as promotional postcards all which can be viewed
