Opportunity Summary
This is a full service entertainment company currently operating in Jamaica. We are currently in need of aproximately US$400,000 to realize the business plan objective of launching our services nationally.
Investors will be required to provide third party guarantees in order for the company to secure adequate financing. No cash is required, however guarantee will have to be provided for the full duration of the loan. (five years). In return for guarantee, 25% voting equity will be given. In addition one appointment on a four member board will be allowed. Shareholders agreement will also be prepared to protect the interest of the investor.Please do not respond to this request if you are not a genuine investor willing to do business in Jamaica.
