Garden Center Business Investment Opportunity

Opportunity Summary

Looking for investor(s) willing to make money in opening a Retail Garden/Small Engine Repair Center.  Here in ............. located in South Texas there is no real competition when it comes to a fully functional one stop shop Garden Center.  People either sell the wrong products, don't know about the products they sell, or have no clue what they are doing.  I am looking to bring a fully functional Garden Center with services and all the bells and whistles to ................... TX.  People will not have to drive around town to look for different product or to find someone that knows what they are talking about.  Why go to several places when you can go to just one place and get everything you need, and with trained professionals with several years in the business.  If you are wondering what I know about running a garden center I was an Assistant Store Manager for a Big Box retail company for 5 years.  Besides that I have almost 10 years retail management experience and college hours under my belt.
