Opportunity Summary

Both press display and world library have been very successful in all markets where the products have been focussed. Namely: USA, Canada, UK,Germany, France, Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, and selected countries in Asia.

International expansion has been held back by three key factors. Firstly, commitment issues of independent sales agents in some geographies, the size of agents' international network, and over focus on the library channels leaving the corporate channel neglected. I'm focussed on addressing each of these issues to unleash the full growth potential of these products.

I would like to cover India with no more than 3 organised and well established independent sales agents divided by territories. Also, I want to tap into the huge growth potential presented by the corporate channel for press display.I understand well the market and the benefit of the product. Indeed, whilst the highest growth opportunity for world e-books library lies in educational institutions, in the case of press display the growth potential in corporate channel is even higher than in libraries because of their size, more news interested population and higher purchasing power.
