Sales Revenue:
Summer 2008 takings were just short of 120,000 euro for the six month summer period from May,although the pub has opened during winter for the last three seasons.Winter takings are between 5-7,000 for a four month period.
Net Profit:
As i mentioned the takings are around 120,000 for summer,and we currently operate on a 38% profit margin.
Inventory/Stock Value:
Many special drinks are stocked including 38 different Irish and Scotch whiskys along with tvs machines and other fixtures and fittings i would value this at 22,000 euros which is included in the asking price.
Asking Price:
