This is an exciting opportunity to work on behalf of a global client in a cutting edge medical arena. We are looking to appoint a team of people who will work together on this innovative new project for a large, extremely high profile UK based, non-pharmaceutical organisation.

We are seeking applications from self-motivated, energetic and customer focused individuals with an interest in medical science and who have an understanding of the birthing process.

Duties include:

Handling enquiries via phone, post and email to a high standard of customer service.
Showing empathy, sensitivity and understanding of your customers and their situation.
Making follow up calls/sending emails as part of proactively managing the customer experience.

Required Experience:

3+ years customer service experience, dealing with complex queries, complaints and problem solving in a telephone based service role.
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers whilst discussing sensitive information
An understanding of the birthing process and a keen interest in new medical science.

Min 5 GCSE Grade A-C
GCSE A-C in a Science & English.
Educated to 'A' level standard with an 'A' level in a Science subject.
Educated to Degree level or equivalent

These are permanent positions based in Chiswick, W4.
