Opportunity Summary

Ibizcon International is a Swedish training company. Our goal is to be established in 30 more countries within 5 years.

Ibizcon offers you the opportunity to becoming a Country Manager (CM) by purchasing a master franchise license.

Ibizcon stands for International Business Consultants and provides our customers with the best and most effective training programs. In our product portfolio you can find traning programs in the following areas: Leadership, Personal development, Business management and Sales. We educate and train new leaders as well as senior managers.

As a CM and franchise taker you will be in charge of establishing Ibizcon at your local market. You will get daily support from our headquarter. Basically there are three main missions for a CM.

1) Recruit your Business consultants. (Business consultants works as "teachers" and are responsible of train our customers.)

2) Recruit sales staff. (The sales persons are responsible of selling training programs to clients).

3) Train the trainer. As a CM you are in charge of educate your Business Consultants to becoming qualified and certified consultants.

Besides these assignments you are responsible of managing the company. You will get complete training in all our programs by our International Training Consultants so that you later on can train your own Business Consultants.

All Business Consultants are only hired for each mission, and earn commissions which means that you don't need to calculate with monthly salaries for your staff. The same goes with your sales staff who are working on commissions as well.

The economy:
Franchise fee/entry fee: NOW! USD10.000 (Master Franchise) Normal fee: USD20.000

Recommended working capital: USD10000

Monthly franchise fee: 10 % of all sale. (None commission are being charge during the first 3 months).

Marketing fee: 5 % of the total sale.

Your income: 85 % of the total sale.

In the entry fee 1-month of training at Ibizcon headquarter in Stockholm Sweden is included. (Flight & hotel included). The entry fee also includes full access to Ibizcons product portfolio, access to Ibizcon network and the rights to operate under our name and with our products.

Budget goals: You should reach a yearly turnover of USD 2 million within 2 years and around USD 3.5 million within 4 years. Estimated profit bottom line:Respond to this opportunity%.

An Area Manager (AM) are visiting you every third month and you report to your AM every week and get all the help you need of improving your business. You can whenever you want use the International Training Consultants for a small fee when you need help with the internal training of your Business Consultants.

Once a year you will attend the "Ibizcon week" which are held somewhere in the world. At this week all of the CMs and AMs are getting a few days together exchanging experiences and also being part of planning the companies future. This week is fully paid by Ibizcon International Holding AB (main company).
