We're a small business looking for an investment. We've recently signed a contract with a large company to supply them with products, however we need approx. £10K to be able to fulfill it. We offer any investor 20% profit on your investment. The £12K will be paid back to you in full at the begining of July.

We can't get a loan from the bank because we are a new company and this will be our first thing. We also don't have any assets so they aren't interested. They haven't even looked at the contract we have.
