Investment For Equity Wanted

Opportunity Summary

 We are a young IT Consutlancy based in Glasgow with a small  clientbase with potential to grow. There are however certain areas of the business that require development in terms of skillset and in terms of investment.

With this in mind we are looking for a business partner to join at Sales and Marketing Director level to assist in the Growth of the business. An investment of approximately £5000 which is for a 49% equity stake will be required. Please note that this equity level is non-negotiable unless the potential partner is part of a consortium of 2 or more investors in which case it would be split by the number of individuals involved. This is to ensure protection for the business owner. Rest assured however that you will be given a great deal of autonomy whilst the current owner focuses on the technical areas of the business.

This investment will be transferred into the partners budget to manage as they see fit to bring clients onboard. In exchange the successful partner will have the opportunity to share in the success of the company. Initially this position will not be salaried until sufficent profits are generated. A compensation plan will be developed and agreed with the partner and included in the partnership agreement. Please note this opportunity would not suit "silent" or passive speculitive investors and the successful partner will have a key role in the business.

The partner must have a proven background in sales and marketing and ideally had experience at Director/Owner level in a previous or current role.
