The consept is simple...it's afrikaans, but upmarket. RRespond to this opportunity is required. The bar's name is Mampoer Bar. Tademarks are already submitted. The first branch is in Cape Town and doing very well! After market research i discovered that there is a gap in the market and that there are currently no Afrikaans bars in Port Elizabeth.
Investor can ideally build premises or rent. I am willing to run the establishment as i have extensive experience in the market. I do however not have the starting capital required. Therefore i need investor. The deal is as follows: RRespond to this opportunity is required, partnership is 50/50% and profit will go to investor untill my RRespond to this opportunity is payed up. I will draw a salary of RRespond to this opportunity a month for running the establishment. Then our shares will come into play.
