Opportunity Summary

Our company was incorporated in 2006 and is looking for private investment partner to expand our importation of used clothings/textile fabrics.

 
We have plans to import 12 x 40ft containers of Textile fabrics/Used clothings from South Korea and China. Supply/Transit/sales period is estimated at
3 months.
 
We will will have recurring shipments every 3 months which brings total shipments to 48x40ft containers per annum.
 
We already have chain of suppliers in South Korea and China for importing the products as well as chain of local buyers for selling the products.
 
The investment wanted is US$475k (50% investment Value of the project) To fund cost of products/ocean freight charges/custom clearing charges.
 
In return 50% of profit from the company.
1st 3-months end expected profit US$77k 
2nd 3-months end expected profit US$77k
3rd 3 months end expected profit US$77k
4th 3 months end expected profit US$77k
 
Remarks:
- Investor stands a chance of making US$308,000.00 within 1 year
- Investor has option to retrieve profits made within every 3 months
- Investor and has option to retrieve or re-invest the principal capital after 1st year of
  business.
