Investors wanted to purchase a running nursing / care homes with a history of profit making.

Each home needs an investment of £500 K / £650K for the scale of home that we look for.

We currently have 12 such homes. All profits made will be returned to investors first untill investment has been repaid (3 to 5 years).

Years Established:: 5 years

Target Market:: Growing market with ageing population. In addition a contraction in the supply of care beds due to strict new standards, unwillingness on the local authorities part to invest in new facilities.

Predicted Sales:: £750 K+ per annum for 40 bed unit

Predicted Profit:: £300/400K EBITDA E=earning B=before I=interest T=tax D=depreciation A= ammortisation
