Opportunity Summary

Jacasta Limited, has launched a new service called JACASTAnotes aimed at schools.  The prototype (beta) has already sold to a number of schools prior to the 2009 school summer holidays. Substantial development of the product now places JACASTAnotes to become THE leading school-to-stakeholder  communications tool; combining eMail, SMS and printed letters/bulletins without the need for schools to maintain a database of 'subscribers'.  The product is priced at £350 pa so is competitively positioned in relation to other products offering similar services.  In the UK there are over 17,000 primary and over 4,000 secondary schools (+30,000 nurseries) in the market space.  Secondary schools are likely to need multiple licences (depending on how they want to organise their outgoing comms - by year, by department etc)

JACASTA Limited is offering a 'Sales Agent' package as follows:
* £200 commission on each new license sale (payable immediately the invoice is paid by the school)
* £50 on each annual renewal (an opportunity for Agents to build a lasting revenue stream)
* cost coverage of 5p per telephone call (viaRespond to this opportunity or similar) made to target schools.
* all postal communications will be executed and paid for by Jacasta Limited.
The initial territory for a new Sales Agent will be one whole LEA (Local Education Authority) with a target of only three sales per quarter to retain the territory. A Sales Agent will be eligible to take on a new available territory upon completion of 5 sales in the most recent assigned territory during the immediately past quarter. 

There is NO ongoing customer care commitment required of Sales Agents. Agents will be provided with the means to send eMails (via our powerful on-line sales system so the eMail addresses will not be disclosed to Agents) to any school in their territory. A complete list of telephone numbers and Head-Teacher names will be supplied. Agents will be required to telephone the school BEFORE any eMail is sent and gain permission to send further information - by eMail if that is acceptable.

* 'demo' sites that can be 'booked' for a week by prospects
