We are developers who also own a construction company here in Mexico.We are looking for a 30% dividend JV partner on a 650 House project in Lazaro Cardenas Mexico. There is a major shortage of economic housing here in Mexico in which the Mexican government provide loans for. Currntly there are 18,000 people in the city of Lazaro Cardenas who qualify for these loans but only an avaerage of 1,500 houses come on the market each year. We have planing in place including land ready to purchase for the proposed development.

The expectation is a 3 year build with the JV partners original investment payed back within 2 years.
