Lettings Negotiator

Opportunity Summary

We are currently seeking an ambitious Letting Negotiators to Start immediately. The ideal candidate will be a confident individual who has the desire to succeed in this competitive industry, Lettings experience would be an advantage though not essential. As a Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for registering applicants, arranging and accompanying viewings and negotiating with vendors and purchasers.

Full training will be provided. You will be given a competitive basic salary, excellent commission and bonuses and a company car. Realistic on target earnings would be in the region of £30,000.

Type of Employment:: Permanent

Salary:: Basic salary and commission.
