They hope the place where is cooking is nice and clean. the reallity is not like that. with a long time cooking experience i've seen so many kitchens. and too many of them are far from clean. Now putting cameras in the kitchen it will be entertaining to watch (big brother style). Will also encourage catering business to be cleaner then ever, so they can attract more customers.
