Looking For Investor Partner For School Opportunity

Opportunity Summary

Sharon school was started in 1994 with 11 students by my father (Mr. Rajarathnam) in our church premises in Bangalore. And from there on the strength of the school has increased steadily to 400 students at present .In 2008, since the strenght of the school grew,we dint have enough place in the church premises to accomodate the students. Hence, we shifted to a new premises in the same locality for a rent of Rs. 65,000 per month, which we are paying currently. However the owner of the building has come forward and has offered to lease the property to us for a amount of Rs. 50,00,000 (fifty lakhs) for a tenure of 20 years .Since we are unable to arrange this amount in short notice and did'nt want to miss the opportunity, we are hereby looking for a invester/partner to invest Rs. 60,00,000 (sixty lakhs) in our school.

1) strength 400 students 
2) classes from pre-kg to 10th std
3) recognized by govt of karnataka....
4) number of staff members is 22 (which includes teachers, driver, watchman and house-keeping)
5) annual turnover 22 lakhs ...approx
6) located in jalahalli (west) Bangalore, Karnataka

We are offering Rs. 50,000 per month to you and you would be a part of the organization , you would be designated as a partner , your remmuneration would increase with the increase in the strength of the number of students.
