I myself having done MBA and 13+years experience in various industry vectors right from marketing and sales to web designing etc. The very good thing is that all that I have gained knowledge out of experiences. Having strong  will power to make a good entrepreneur.

Coginsys started in the year 2006 in a very small form, I started this company in just one room with just basic services like providing some staffing consultancy services to Indian domestic IT companies as well as to some of the renowned MNC's. The company did well in the initial phase, wherein in the mid of 2008 due to some market slag there was a downfall in staffing vector, before that we instantly diversified towards new market area, as we already necessary talent started working on Web designing works this made us to move steady.

As we reached in the mid of 2008 we did bag some very good works from clients based at Italy, US related to web application development and VOIP realted works.

Although I myself acclaim good in getting works for the company the core issue necessary infrastructure and right staff to handle such projects, these projects were for long term benefitts, so today I am looking for a right hand who can stand support to us to create a good company.

The thrust areas of ours are in ERP, CRM, SCM for industries, VOIP, IVR, PBX, Calling card system, Call Routing system, SMS gateway system for Telecom sector, Staffing Solutions. More details along with complete business proposal will be provided for the right person.

We look for a Partner/Company/Investor who can understand us not just a investor/partner but the who want to actively involve in the growth of the company.

What we are looking for;

Investment for required infrastructure like a better place wherein we can make atleastRespond to this opportunity seating capacity.

Hardware/Internet/Required Softwares for development and testing.

Initial Capital and running capital for certain period like salaries and miscellaneous expenditure.

What we can Provide:

 Complete transparency  or joint account facility or complete finance control for better business.

A very good stake upto 40% for investor/partner (As out of the total we want to provide 10% for employees and 10% for company growth and 40% for myself and 40% for the investor giving all equal rights)
