We seek partners to recruit & support a network of licensees to teach Ready To Learn’s supplementary English programme in pre-Schools, K-12 Schools, tutorial centres & clubs.

To compete, independents need to improve the learning experience for students & increase parent referrals. They must do this by upgrading their curriculum, teaching & student care systems. Ready To Learn offers independents a way to do this. In addition, Ready To Learn gives independents the benefit of national marketing and online promotion.

This is a highly scalable business opportunity because Ready To Learn's service:

1) is process driven [pre-made system that delivers step-by-step teaching]
2) is not dependant on star/brand teachers [licensees ‘teach to the system’]
3) no need for localisation to specific schools [exceeds national standards]
4) delivers differentiated content [exclusive, not available anywhere else]
5) offers strong pricing power [perceived as foreign/premium product]
6) offers an annuity income stream [students generally captive for 2-4 years]
About you:

This opportunity offers significant and long-term financial rewards, however it is not suitable for an individual or smaller company.

Your role will be to grow and support a network of independently owned network of learning centres, schools and after-school clubs.

You will need to have sufficient financial resources and infrastructure in place to form the hub of this network.
