Opportunity Summary
EVP Recruitments’ UK and European Division is currently seeking a Managing Director(s) for immediate expansion into these markets. This position will be equity based and requires investment. The Managing Director will have full operational control.
The current ownership will act as advisors and Corporate Directors for the business unit. To be considered for this role candidates must be able to demonstrate the following;
1) Financial investment capability AND
2) Either...
a) Significant senior management experience in the recruitment/staffing/HR Solutions industry in the UK and/or Europe.
b) Significant senior management experience in Franchising in the UK and/or Europe. OR
c) A combination of both. Ideally this individual will be able to dedicate his or her full attention to this launch and expansion.
He or She will be a collaborator in the truest sense. An entrepreneur, a leader, a professional who can sell, a people person and perhaps most important someone who can drive operational excellence on the ground as a results focused leader.
