Opportunity Summary

As an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay, you will assist women with their beauty needs.  Your business will be home based, and you will make all of your own decisions.  You will not be alone in working your home based business, as your Director will coach you in achieving the goals that you set for your business. 

You will prospect for new customers with a focus of building a clientel of women and men to use the Mary Kay Skin products.  You will have the opportunity to build a team, giving women that you meet the opportunity to be a part of the Mary Kay team.  Conducting Skin Care classes is one of the income producing functions that you will do in your business.  This is amazingly fun!  Your host will invite guest to attend the pampering party, and you will give the ladies instruction on how to apply the product.  Money and time mangement are extremely important for the success of your business. 

Mary Kay offers free online training to coach  Beauty Consultants in all fo the areas of managing a home based business.  There are so many rewards and prizes to earn when you set and achieve your goals.  This is a business that was established by a woman for women to achieve everything they can imagine!
