Yet mother nature is unpredictable and unforeseen dangers cause unexpected things to happen, such as injuries, difficult terrain, or changing weather conditions. Even the most experienced hikers can get lost or trapped in the wilderness, which is why being prepared with basic outdoor skills and tools is essential in surviving extreme situations.

Multipurpose Survival Cane^TM

The Multipurpose Survival Cane^TM is a lightweight tool that consists of different tube sections that either contain emergency equipment or are used to provide nine functions to help people who are lost or trapped in the wilderness. These functions help individuals to eat, as well as signal for help, get around more easily, and keep individuals warm in the wild.

Walking stick: The cane works like a regular cane to assist in normal walking or hiking.

 Cane Hook: The rounded cane end is also designed to be used to assist individuals in hiking up or down steep inclines or mountainsides. For climbing, it can hook onto tree branches and strong shrubs to provide lifting support, as well as be used to hang onto when descending down a hillside.

Crutch: When the u-shaped cane end is removed and positioned upside down, it works as a crutch support for situations where an individual has hurt his/her foot or leg and has difficulties walking.

SOS Strobe Light:
One section is a strobe light which emits the international SOS signal, using standard C cell batteries.

Spear Gun:
The spear gun feature includes a sharp arrow that can be screwed onto the end of the cane, which can be used to spear fish in the stream spear driver as a fishing tool. It can be used two ways, one is spring loaded or as a lunge type. 

Aerial flare section:
The aerial flare section has 3 skyblazer flares to be used in the evening to signal rescue teams.

Flare sections:
There are two [2] flare sections each with a 30-minute flare to start a fire.

Attachable fishing reel:
An attachable fishing reel is used for fishing in a lake.

Stretcher:
When a canvas is placed between two canes, it acts as an emergency stretcher. The canvas has container sections on the underside to carry the tool when not in use. 

 Target market:

The primary target market would of course be outdoorsmen, however when marketed properly, everyone with a car, boat, truck or RV would be a potential customer. According to government abstracts, the latest stats just for outdoor sporting goods was 27.5 billion dollars. .
