This is my Music & Entertainments business with own website that is just over 2 years old and out grown premises due to many new contracts so looking for a new even bigger 2012. I have been running business from my home and renting private venues but now the time has come to expand and get my own premises to gain the full high profit from new contracts. I manage or work as an agent to many tribute and other artists and bands, build bands and many other projects making high profit. Also working as an agent to many other types of entertainers, strippers both male and female, drag queens, comedians and many other artists promoting them throughout the UK and other countries. I also have recording contracts leading to high pay opportunities, on many large wedding planners lists and many large events, also organise my own events and large show cases . Having all my own full PA systems and lighting, disco, karaoke and recording equipment which I use and rent out for recording contracts and on the working circuit. I promote all my artists through web site, pubs, clubs, corporate venues, wedding planners, many holiday camps, private parties and venues. Also now run private themed parties, fancy dress evenings, charity events, hold talent weekends, show cases, recording studio and much more. At present I rent venues and move equipment in and out all over the UK with large van which is hard work and lots of travel so now looking for a regular place to use and build it a new level of business with other plans I have to extend the business this year and still keep the artist working and also using them in with the new plans. This could be a great partnership for anyone with the right premises that want to build up a great music venue, from a pub, night club, working mans club,caravan park or  a new venture for some one with fincance to buy a property. Business is not for sale in any way just need a partner with the premises or finance to become a partner or someone looking to rent out there pub or property/land. I could relocate as this can be run from anywhere in the UK or even other countries but does need the right location .
