The Company Ltd Dignis Trade was established 2009 y., main activity – alternative innovative technologies in the area of energetic, its economically and ecologically efficient autonomous systems for production of electric and heat energies, using renewable or not finished sources of energy (water, ether/energy from the ether). Research/searching for effective technologies, environmentally friendly (green energy) solutions for electric and head energies production. The creation of new commercial products. Autonomous systems or vary saving systems. The organization of the massive production of new products.

Too the Company has been offer service of consultation.

The new Company Ltd Dignis Trade was established specially for the new way of activity – innovation technologies.

In the business we are sins 1999 y.: import from Russia, Ukraine, wholesale and retail by production of ferrous metals, import of building materials worldwide, building business, individual homes designing, advertising business.

At this day we have good contacts with Russian, Ukrainian, local academicians of sorts science and with inventors. 

Summary of technologies (it’s not a solar, wind or hydro energies).

At this moment we have been moving by second directions:
1. Research
1.1 Investigating internal power of water using high discharge of electricity ( thunder in the water). This technology was discovered at 1967 y. by Russian academician Jutkin. At one we have heat energy and mechanical motion of the water that can be used for running turbine for producing of electricity.
Those technologies are created, proved and patented. Efficient – thrift of power up 95 percents or full autonomous (for sample – energy consumption of usual heat element is 880W, a consumption of energy, for the same quantity of warm, with our technologies could be only 30W).
For prototype (small power of heat energy – 20Kw) creation and project preparation up massive production needRespond to this opportunity Euro/for up 1 year, plus fee of license/patent (in process of negotiation with inventor) (patent and license will be properties of our company).

1.2 Free energy generation from ferromagnetic. Investigation of magnetic fields, electromagnetic resonance, and impulses technology of Tesla (discovered at 1916 y.). At this moment have a solution of free energy generation from ferromagnetic; this technology still is not patented. For start to work with it need to buy from inventor a license of technology for region (negotiation in process, so what sum of investment need for prototype creation (small power of electricity – 10Kw) we will inform you some later).

is picking a rational technology, to create an autonomous systems of free energy (prototypes), to develop systems/devices till commercial products, to start a massive production of devices for final consumers worldwide.

EU directives mentioned that at 2019 y. all individual homes and other subjects will must have autonomous energy sources, but with Your cooperation we could have it in vary near future.

We have scheduled list of companies that producing different goods usable for:
2.1 Devices for electricity thrift up 35% (those devices have CE European certificates).
2.2 Solar batteries for mobile phones, notebooks.

Motivation

We propose to invest to projects of alternative energetic (autonomous systems of free energy).
At the beginning of September of 2009 y. in case not have financing, action of company was stopped, so at this moment a company is on start up status.
We are looking for investors and business partners in one, for long (5 years) or short (3 years) time of collaboration.
When we will have the investor/financing we will have a possibility to get subsidies up 50% of projects values from European investment funds that is intended for business promotion by EU directives up 2013 y.

Collaboration
Warranty of investor/partner will be the stock of company (by contract).
We will buy the stock of partner/investor after he will be decided to vacate the business (by contract).

Able financial return could be by: wholesale, retail, rent of devices, selling of electricity.

Concerning proposed project
we all had known the problems of environment impurity and energetic dependence from energetic monopolists, like oil corporations or concerns of electricity.
We must to stop ant turn around, turn to time when directions of science was right; it was beginning of 20 century, age of Tesla technologies.
All correct technologies were forgotten by affords of monopolists, benefit - to have a control on the society and to have a political power.
We do not more want to live in this bad form of capitalism/democracy.
We want to be free from the sources of energy and live in the green environment.
President of our country (Lithuania) already talking about free market of electricity energy, first step is done.
Our technologies are built by Tesla's principles, but some in different.
Those technologies are the future, when in result we can have autonomous sources of energy.

Per 2 y. of interesting by possible solutions of prospective/promising sources of energy, we understood that today it does not work in reality concern monopolists of energy.
