New Internet Business Models

Opportunity Summary

I have been working on business models that currently do not exist anywhere on the internet within their respective industries. These would be groundbreaking, each with potential for 7 figure annual earnings. I have very rigorous requirements for an investor as I am very serious with respect to every part of the work I have done. Obtaining an investor is my first choice because of the continued operating expenses involved, though if no appropriate investor emerges I will eventually take this on myself.

I am seeking an investment of $100,000 from 1 single investor, but there's a catch. Since I cannot divulge a business model with potential 7-figure earnings to every inquirer, I will guarantee in writing that I will provide at least 1 novel internet business currently non-existant on the internet that has ZERO COMPETITION, and I will do this with no risk to you, here's how:

In exchange for receiving IN WRITING a guarantee of at least 1 novel busienss model which currently does not exist and which has no competition, you as investor will place $25,000 into an escrow account. Once these funds are in escrow, I will provide you with detailed written descriptions of the business models. You will have 3 days as of opening escrow to search for competing online businesses. If within that time you find competing businesses such that there are no viable NEW ideas without competition, escrow funds will be returned to you 100%.

However, if at least 1 business model remains with no competition found, you agree to release the escrow funds to me for a % interest in any business using those funds for operations. In this case (where there is indeed a viable new idea without competition), if you choose NOT to invest further, our partnership ends with you receiving the agreed % in exchange for the $25,000 investment released. If, on the other hand, you wish to invest further to help grow the businesses, you will receive a 15% interest in any additional investment of $75,000 (total of $100,000 invested) deposited within 30 days.
