This purchase will allow you to make millions in the retail outlet clearance business, which I will completely set up for you and train you to ensure success.  If you don’t succeed, I don’t either.

Details:

I am placing 9 retail clearance outlet stores in Denver and the surrounding suburbs. The store locations sell items that we buy in bulk by the tractor trailer load from all of the mall dept stores like JCPennys and discount retailers like Wal-Mart, Kmart, and Target. These items cover everything from Tommy, Calvin Klein, G-unit, Polo and all of the famous brands for men, women and children, to household items, sporting equipment, BBQ grills, perfume from all of the top brands like Obsession, CK, Tommy and more; This is the real thing, not watered-down replica PARfumes, but the real PERfumes. The products are all in new condition, but either came out of the wrapping, or lost their tag, or winter wear was pulled in March, so we got in August, just in time to put it out for fall season. So what if it is a year old, it is still new. Would you rather pay $20.00 for polo, or go to the mall and pay at least $50.00 for the same thing???

I get these items for generally 10% of retail cost on everything. So we sell it at 40-50% of retail, which leaves a huge profit margin.

For a limited time, I will sell you existing future building locations, which I own already. You know that it is the perfect location for your business to be successful, because I hand picked it. I will secure your financing, and you buy it from me, and I will stock your store. If you have no money, I give you a $50,000.00 line of credit to stock it for you. It takes 2-4 days for a truckload of merchandise to show up. Then it has to be inventoried and bar-coded. It isn’t as hard as it sounds.

Then you can start selling $5 items for $20.  Let me run some figures by you real quick:

Sell 1000 items per day, and we profit about $15.00 total, using my money, and none of your own to invest, I will still pay you $5.00 per item, or $5,000 per day, with no investment!!! Once you pay off your credit line, I will give you a profit hike, to be determined. This is a low average, and some items are more expensive, like furniture.

Some items like the perfumes that sell for $20, you make $6.00 per bottle.

All you have to pay are the bills for the building you just bought. This will also give you plenty of write offs, so your taxes will be minimal to nonexistent.

A typical scenario will gross $600,000+ per month, and you will spend less than $30-50,000 per month, even in a very cold or hot month with high utilities, and paying 10 employees $500.00 per week plus benefits, a mortgage payment, taxes, insurance, and the little expenses that add up to another couple of thousand per month, like telephone, internet, security system, guard dog food, etc…

That means if you make these figures, you net $500K per month, which is $6Mil/year.
