Cooperation proposal regarding furniture making and trade and import-export with basis in Romania to anyone interested


This is what I offer:
-Place and buildings to use for purpose of activity in Romania. You will not  need to buy or pay rent for a place like many other Italian and German investors when starting activity in Romania .
-This place is in a good location, in locality Halmeu, by the  Romanian-Hungarian-Ukrainian triple border. Right off of main road and close to Customs,railways, in good trade-junction point for raw materials and  for any activity.
-Skilled labor from an area with tradition of  furniture making. Wages at 100 Euro per week - while unskilled labor at half cost. That means an entire team of 10 people for the monthly wage of one skilled person in the West, including paperwork and accountancy .
-My support trough and my connections in any area - and in any new area - of activity you may wish to enter and trade in the future.
-My work experience in Romania, Germany, and New Zealand in furniture making; from primary processing, supervision of technological line, and organization of production to export of semi-finished products or finished products.
-My connection to the Forestry Department for quality and precious raw materials, such as versions of oak (quercus petraea, quercus robur), maple (platanus acerifolia, acer negundo), cherry, ash, hornbeam, white beach, all at low cost compared to the official state prices or their retail value.
-Not last I am offering a minimum of  75 % and maximum 95% ownership to you depending on  the technology you bring to this partnership.
I am looking for a serious partner - I think, plan, and wish for a long term cooperation.

What is needed to start is this :
- An adequate technological line to make quality solid wood furniture - and this is no need to be of the latest generation.
The potential to cover primary processing would make it even better.
With a log carrier and a reliable log saw the future company would exclude any intermediaries. The most important however  in my opinion is to have and stand on an occidental market.
I am aware of the economical situation we are in. I am not enthusiasm motivated, but work and reality motivated. I do not recommend entering mass production at the beginning.
The plan is to start with a little team,not more than ten people on one thousand or less square meters,make quality products and target upper middle-class customers,make furniture to order and home features and dimensions and then evolve in time.Premises are given.
We would aim to produce quality solid wood furniture like  Louise -Philippe  in maple and cherry, English Period furniture like refectory dining suits in oak, and modern designs in maple. Finished products from this line would market w.w. preference U.S.A , UK ,Benelux . We can also make doors, windows, kitchens children's beds,balustrades, profile moldings, parquet, wooden flooring - targeting and supplying building industry.
You can offer any other suggestions from any other area of activity  depending on what you have market over there.
The total of over 6.000 square meter buildings plus roads and the land and yard that I own would host activity as far as needed and are in my private ownership and would stay there and not enter as asset of the future company unless other arrangements.

For people with correctitude  :  Like I mentioned it is important to have a market ,preferably an occidental market or to strive to brake into that market .In addition to that success depends on our own work and abilities .
