Thanks so much for your response to the marketing efforts on a search for project funding of Jeffrey’s Zone. A worldwide marketing campaign has resulted in several qualified responses over the past year of hard work (in 2009), with the building of 25 websites, registering 100 Internet domains and a daily blast of 100 million ad flyers, Opt-in E-mail blasts, classified ads, press releases, blogs and business opportunity forums & posts.

 
I am presently looking for a partner that will fund the entire project. We have a projected plan that will present a full return on investment within the first 33 months. Total investment would require 8 million dollars for the 5 companies (Jeffrey’s Zone, Jeffrey’s Zone Entertainment, Dallas Concert Sound & Lighting, Dallas 2010 and The Odyssey Room) and also including the building improvement allowance. Additionally, 7 million dollars to purchase the property, with a total investment of $15,000,000.00. With the long-term business partnership, this would earn an additional 95% average annual return (AAR) on investment from the Limited Partnership to our partner for over the next 20 years.
