Opportunity Summary

Existing factory premises are being converted as a take-off site for this college. Permanent site is on a 100-acre estate. Courses to be introduced will be in Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Management Technology, Environmental Technology, Agricultural and Food Technology and General Studies. Besides the award of government recognised certificates and diplomas, the mission of the college is to produce highly skilled craftsmen and technicians relevant to the needs of the Nigerian economy and the West African subregion. Interested individuals, governments, companies, non-government organisations are requested to support this initiative. An industrial estate is planned with the college for hands-on experience. The principal objective is not to make profit but to ensure a solid manpower base for technological and industrial growth of the African subregion. It is the desire of this college to particularly train women in non-traditional areas such as electirical and electronic technology, plumbing, quantity surveyng, etc.
