With Ghana's strong economy and democratic dispensation taking it roots here in Ghana. It's undeniable fact that Ghana remains one of the safest country within the West African sub region and an entry point to other West African countries for investment. Housing sector and industry remains a great challenge to the Government and the people of Ghana. We would like to establish partnership with a prefab housing company from any part of the world, to enable us bring their expertise and technology to bear by introducing prefab housing at very affordable and competitive price for every average Ghanaian to own a house for himself and family. Our main focus in the prefab housing sector, is targets at the Government agencies such as the Health and Education Ministry, addressing their housing needs in the rural areas where they face many accommodation challenges when posted there, also schools and clinics. We consider the prefab housing method as the rapid respond to addressing the menace and challenges at hand now here in Ghana. We welcome any serious partner or corporate entity in the prefab housing business to partner with us and help arrest the situation within the shortest possible time.
